Terms and Conditions

EgyBAC is built for school students, and many of our users are under 18. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement on your own, you may use the platform with the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian, or your school — and whoever gives that consent accepts these Terms on your behalf.

You must give accurate information when you register, keep your password to yourself, and you are responsible for what happens under your account.

• Use EgyBAC for lawful, educational purposes only.
• Do not share your account, cheat on assessments, or try to disrupt the service or reach data that is not yours.
• Do not copy, resell, republish or redistribute course material without our written permission.

The courses, text, images, video and software on EgyBAC belong to InTheKloud or to the teachers who licensed them to us. Your purchase buys you personal access to study the material — it does not transfer ownership and does not let you distribute it.

Work you submit — assignments, answers, messages — stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it so we can run the service, mark it, and show it to your teacher.

Some courses and organisations require payment. The price is shown before you pay, in Egyptian Pounds, and payment is processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number. Paying grants access to the content described at the point of purchase.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We work to keep EgyBAC available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law, including liability for fraud.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms — for example sharing paid content or cheating. Where we do that and you have paid for access you can no longer use, we will refund the unused part unless the breach was fraud.

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use EgyBAC after that means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
